Fred is a Central Florida native, from Ocala, FL and has been practicing real estate since 2013.
Prior to working at Central Florida Property Management, Fred managed multi-family apartment communities throughout greater Orlando. Fred graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Hotel Management.
Fred enjoys working out at the gym, traveling, taking care of his dachshund, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Debra is originally from Greensboro, NC and has been a Florida resident since 1974.
Prior to joining Central Florida Property Management Debra worked in accounting and management positions for numerous companies in the construction industry.
When not working, you can find Debra working on crafts, going to the beach, or organizing events for friends and family.
Peggy was raised in Central Florida and graduated from Lake Brantley High School.
For over a decade, Peggy lived and worked in the Washington DC metro area as VP of Operations for a large multi-family real estate company while also serving as a Commissioner for the City of Annapolis Housing Authority. Peggy moved home to Central Florida in 2010 with her husband, four children and two dogs.
Peggy enjoys traveling in the Caribbean with her family as well as annual family vacations, diving for scallops in the Crystal River.
Devin is a Central Florida Native, from Palm Harbor, with a degree in Human Communications from the University of Central Florida.
Devin obtained his Florida real estate license while in college and has been a member of the National Association of Realtors since 2017. Prior to joining Central Florida Property Management he worked as an independent Realtor as well as in marketing and advertising.
Devin enjoys working out, being on the water, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Bleu Santana is a rare Orlando native with over a decade of experience in the mutli-family and residential real estate industries.
Prior to joining the CFPM team, Bleu worked in various roles in leasing, management and sales for multi-family properties and real estate brokers. She joined Central Florida Property Management in 2016.
Bleu enjoys spending time with her two children, is a lover of all animals, and enjoys a quiet evening at home and a day at the beach.
Ryan moved to Orlando from his hometown of Clarksville, Indiana in 2005 and has been a licensed Florida real estate agent since 2014.
Prior to starting with Central Florida Property Management, Ryan worked for a well-respected Orlando general contractor overseeing interior and exterior remodeling of commercial and residential properties. He also practiced real estate as a Realtor with Keller Williams.
In his spare time Ryan enjoys cooking a great meal for family and friends, taking morning walks with his dog Toby, and having a night out with his wife Tori.
Steve was born and raised in the Conway neighborhood of Orlando and has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Georgia Tech. He is a licensed CPA and real estate broker in the state of Florida.
Prior to founding Central Florida Property Management in 2010, Steve worked as an audit supervisor for Orlando’s largest public accounting firm as well as a Realtor with REMAX.
Steve enjoys traveling, surfing, (attempting to) golf, Georgia Tech football and spending time with his wife Sara.
Sadie is a female Vizsla mix ‘rescued’ by Steve in 2011. As CFPM’s first employee, she has been instrumental in company growth and culture from the very beginning. She has been in her current position as greeter/guard dog since moving into our new offices in 2018. Sadie enjoys car rides, long walks and playing fetch.
