Criteria for Rental Applications

  • Credit scores of 610 or higher
  • No prior evictions
  • Criminal & bankruptcy background will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Combined household income of at least 3 times the monthly rental rate

(Each property is independently owned; qualification criteria may vary.)

**All applicants (18 years and older) must submit a separate application. Incomplete applications will not be processed until all adults have applied separately.
